Txting is good. Phone drops calls a lot.

My girlfriend has been with freedompop for about a year and its been phenomenal. I finally got on board and I love it! Its best with a 4g phone. Everyone should try it!

I would recommend this service to everyone I know! As long as theres is as amazing quality and clear phone calling as I receive! The messages are fast also! For free u cannot beat this deal! No problems what so ever as long as wifi is near and isnt locked! Thank u for bringing this offer to the country i wish it came with a lil data to c that in action? But when i c my 0$ bill every month i am doing ok! But give a taste of full plan! Im sure data as swift as call and text! No can lose try everyone!!! Thanks again and God bless!

The plan is as cheap as they advertise. However their customer support is very slow along with tons of bugs youll find in their app.

I love that I can use any unused cell phone I like a lot without any problems. Plus I loved that I got to choose the number I wanted and liked. Thank you FreedomPop you made me very happy.

Usually works as promised. Has problems when connection gets bad but that is not their fault. Older versions had problems staying registered, but current version fixed that. Customability is limited and there is advertising, but it is free. So overall a very good deal.

I really, really, really like this app!

This is great for the price, I get unlimited texting and calls and 500mb for $10!! This is amazing compared to $100 before. The texting and calling is decent, okay quality but I wish it looked better. They should make it look more like the iPhones and second fix what happened when someone calls you, its very unpredictable how you can answer the phone I usually end up calling them back. Im just so happy I found this service its saving me a small fortune and Im getting almost the same thing I had with other services!

Ive been using this service for almost a year now. I switched to it so I could have a cheap phone bill. Im currently using an iPhone 5. I dislike how when my phone is locked and I receive a call I have to unlock my phone and then wait for the call to pop up and then I can finally answer the call. I also dislike how every now and then I will receive notifications saying that I have multiple messages but when I check it its just old messages from days ago that I already replied to. I also hate how I cant use the message and phone apps natively but thats more of a FreedomPop Problem and not the app. I feel like this app can be more useful than it is now and If not I think they should really figure something else out.

FreedomPop has been updating their iOS app regularly since I started using their service in 2014. One feature Id really like is custom ringtones.

I switched from Sprint to FreedomPop and I also ported my number and use the iPhone 6 Plus and the entire process was seamless and easy to do..Ive never been happier and Im about to switch my entire family over. There customer service over the phone and email and on Facebook is absolutely stellar. Their service Is just fine for the price. By the way I only ply $8 a month for the premium package which includes clear voice calls, data roll ever, visual mail and free hot spot. Also you just gotta play with it for a month to get used to it. Yes there are times where you might get a dropped call but its really not a big deal. Also note that if you are getting the completely free service your phone calls wont be as clear as compared to the $8/month premium package. The phone calls are super clear if you are making calls over a wifi network. I live in longisland NY

Need to add the features to answer and cancel the call from the lock screen like traditional phone app, even better if we could use a traditional phone app

Just dont like how there is a cap on minutes you receive each month. Sad.

Unfortunately I shattered my iPhone and was unable able to text or talk and I needed a way to communicate with the outside world lol. I saw the reviews on this app and immediately downloaded it. It was just what I needed and has helped me significantly. Although I will only need it for a few more hours I think I am going to keep it on my iPad mini just in case of an emergency.
